Terms and Conditions

Advance viewings - If you would like to see any painting before buying, and are able to travel to South Wales, UK, please contact me to arrange a time. 

                          If you have decided to make a purchase, please read on.

                                        Payment

Cheque

Cheques should be in Pounds sterling and made payable to Dawn McIntyre. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared and that you have been notified that your order has been accepted.

Bank Transfer

Payment may be made by bank transfer, once your order has been received you will be given instructions as to how to make the bank transfer

Unfortunately we cannot accept bank transfers from overseas.

Delivery

We normally deliver by Parcelforce; DHL and we endeavour to have the goods arrive within 14days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver overseas.

Cancellation/refunds

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). 

Notice of cancellation should be sent to dawnartist@btinternet.com - cancellations must be received in writing. 

Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. 

The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. 

Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. cheque etc.).
